Shipping Promotions

Who owns the Champion’s Table? The Champion’s Table is a joint venture between the World Food Championships, the largest food sport company on Earth, and MACMAC Marketplace, a world-class technology company and marketplace operator.

 

What payment methods do you accept? The Champion's Table accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All transactions are securely processed by Assembly Payments. The Champion's Table passes all credit card information to Assembly Payments and does not store it. Because MACMAC Marketplace is the operator, charges for purchases made on TheChampionsTable.com will appear as MACMAC Marketplace on your credit card statement.

 

Do you charge sales tax? Yes, we collect sales tax when applicable. We use a third-party sales tax service that calculates the amount due using the current tax rates for the shipping destination.

 

How do orders ship? Each seller ships directly using the speed of service you select. Most use UPS, though parcels may be handled by other carriers. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when you order is on its way.

 

What about international orders? Some shops on the Champion’s Table ship internationally. If you are shipping to a country other than the United States, we recommend contacting the seller through their shop page. If they can sell globally, please note that duties and taxes are not included in the amount you pay at checkout. All orders ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means the courier will collect any amount due from you before releasing your parcel. Also, items on The Champion’s table are priced in $US; please consult a currency conversion tool such as http://www.xe.com/ucc/ for the latest exchange rates.

 

How do I make a return, exchange or cancel an order? Each seller sets its own return policy. To request a return or exchange, or cancel an order, contact the seller by clicking on “email this shop” on the shop’s page or email The Champion’s Table at info@thechampionstable.com.

 

Do I need to register for an account? No, but we hope you will. You can always checkout as a guest though you’ll miss out on things like viewing your order history and managing returns. Registering is easy and we won’t inundate you with emails or ever share your information with others.

 

Any technical information I should know? If you’re interested, we’re happy to share. Here’s some things people sometimes wonder:

  • Compatible Web Browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, IE 8 and 9 but not IE 6 or 7. You’re not actually still using IE 6, are you?
  • Cookies: We love them. All flavors. Oh, and we use them for tracking, you know, like every other website you’ve ever visited. More info can be found in our Terms & Conditions (link)
  • Flash: Adobe Flash Player version 6 or higher is recommended to enjoy full functionality on The Champion’s Table. If you don’t have it, you may miss out on some things but you can still shop on the site.
  • Java: You’ll need to enable Java to shop on The Champion’s Table. Plus, it goes great with cookies.
